I am so excited to share this fall beauty with you today, friends! Back in early October, Julia Götz approached me to do a wedding styled shoot at lake Eibsee, 9km southwest of Garmisch Partenkirchen. Eibsee lies at the base of the Zugspitze, Germany’s highest mountain. We gathered an amazing team of german and international wedding vendors to bring our vision to life. If you have a thing for autumn colours and texture then you’re going to love the beautiful warm tones and textures in this shoot. Check out some of our favorites images from the shoot and head over to Hochzeitswahn to see it featured on their blog! You can also find a complete listing of vendors below.
This shoot included so many beautiful elements and is the perfect source for brides looking for a blush wedding inspiration. I love playing around with colors and textures especially when it comes to autumn weddings, which can be very clichéd in terms of palette, deferring to the standard oranges and browns of the falling leaves. Today’s styled shoot really hits a perfect balance – those traditional autumn tones are in there, but balanced against some super pretty blush tones, along with soft flowers and dreamy textures. It’s gorgeous, and such a perfect way to make an autumn wedding feel both seasonal and romantic!
Hello Maurelle put together a gorgeous invitation suite in handwritten calligraphy. Incredible florals by Die Kathe feature blooms in buttery yellows and caramel, contrasting with rust foliage accents. The bridal bouquet compliments the blush coloured gowns designed by Galia Lahav and Willow by Watters along with stunning accessories from Bella Belle Shoes. Julia Götz went with a soft and romantic styling to perfectly highlight our bride’s natural beauty. Soft curls tumble over the bride’s shoulders, and her dress swirls around her bare feet.
